When night falls, around the waters of the cistern that dominates the large courtyard of the mansion, another kind of magic bubbles up: this time, from the kitchen of Kinsterna Hotel. In the award-winning Sterna restaurant, Greek flavours are transformed into dishes that offer the experience of a high-level degustation menu.
This transformation is not only due to the exceptional management of excellent raw materials or the incorporation of the latest trends and modern techniques. Our collaboration with the Trastelis Group and the executives of the award-winning restaurant “Spondi” (1* Michelin) has contributed greatly to the final result that we invite you to enjoy. We are therefore even more proud that this side of Kinsterna- that of high gastronomy- is the product of synergy and creative dialogue with pioneers of Greek cuisine.
Sterna restaurant is located in the heart of the historic building of the estate. It is developed around the Byzantine cistern with water lilies and is open for dinner three days a week, from June to mid September.
