Set at the heart of the historic estate, beside the Byzantine cistern adorned with water lilies, Sterna Restaurant takes its name from the word “sterna,” meaning cistern in Greek. This distinctive space reflects the architectural heritage of the estate and offers a uniquely atmospheric setting during the summer evenings.
This season, Sterna returns through a fine dining gastronomy series, welcoming guest chefs alongside Executive Chef Giorgos Hapsas. On selected Saturdays, from mid-July until mid-September, the restaurant opens for a limited number of evenings, each dedicated to a thoughtfully curated menu inspired by the season and the shared philosophy of the participating chefs.
Set beneath the summer sky and surrounded by the quiet landscape of the estate, these evenings offer an intimate culinary experience shaped by the land, the ingredients and the spirit of collaboration.
