Kinsterna Photo Contest
Post up to two photos on your Instagram profile and Win a 3-night stay
We are pleased to invite you to take part in the photo contest organized by Kinsterna Hotel for the season 2023. We are looking for the most beautiful and original photos under your own aesthetics which will need to depict the hotel or its surrounding area with the following as a main focus:
- Promotion of local materials and methods of reviving the historic building into a hotel
- Promotion of the natural wealth of the region in combination with the numerous endemic plants of the Southern Peloponnese
- Promotion of the activities of the estate that until today serve us in the production of products such as wine, olive oil, bread, tsipouro, honey, etc.
The competition is open to all visitors to the mansion since its first day of operation in 2010, and the winners will be announced early in the New Year. The best photos will be featured on our website and social media.
The awards are:
CATEGORY A
For photos taken before 2022
1st prize: Three (3) nights for two persons in a Kinsterna Suite with breakfast
2nd prize: Two (2) nights for two persons in a Junior Suite with breakfast
CATEGORY B
For photos taken during the 2023 season
1st prize: Three (3) nights for two persons in a Kinsterna Suite with breakfast
2nd prize: Two (2) nights for two persons in a Junior Suite with breakfast
Gifts are not transferable. The Promoter will contact the winners by Direct Message via Instagram to declare that they accept the prize and provide and confirm their contact details (Name, Address, Postal Code, City, Contact Phone).
Regarding the free nights, a nominal Voucher will be given for redemption upon telephone contact with the reservation department and subject to availability.
METHOD OF PARTICIPATION
If you wish to participate in the competition, please follow the steps below:

- Tag the organizer (@kinsterna_hotel)
- Use Hashtag in the description of the post #KinsternaCompetition2023
Entries that have followed both of the above steps will be considered valid.
After the end of the competition (Jan 2024) the winners will be selected through an online vote by all our guests who have submitted their email address upon arrival. The list of the participants’ photos will be sent via Newsletter to the entire Kinsterna database. Subsequently, the 10 winners per category will be announced to the general public in an Instagram Story and as a comment under each Contest post on the Administrator’s Instagram account.

COMPETITION PERIOD:
26 May 2023 – 10 January 2024
ELIGIBILITY:
Everyone who is a guest of the mansion and has stayed at least one night at Kinsterna Hotel is entitled to participate in the promotion, as long as their Instagram profile is not private. Participants reserve the right to participate in the competition by uploading up to two photos in total. Employees of the company are excluded, as well as the Organizer’s Exemptions. The Administrator has the right to verify the eligibility of each participant. In addition, the winner must assign the right to use the photograph to the company for promotional purposes.
POLITICAL “COMMENT” POLICY – PUBLIC PARTICIPATION:
Any post-comment that is deemed to be: rude, offensive OR contains hostile language will not be an eligible entry.
The Administrator reserves the right to request the contestant to delete at its sole discretion any posts deemed to violate the above policy to the detriment of Kinsterna Hotel. Under no circumstances will the Administrator be responsible for the content of posts on the contestants’ private profiles.
