The period of harvesting and pressing the grapes from the mansion's privately owned vineyards is completed in a festive atmosphere with a unique gastronomic experience, on Saturday 26 September 2020.
Guest chef Arnaud Bignon, awarded with 2 Michelin stars, revisits Kinsterna to offers its guests a specially designed Degustation Menu based on the talented chef's vision and the use of top quality ingredients.
On this occassion, Bignon's dishes are harmoniously combined with selected labels from the Semeli estate, one of the leading Greek wineries. The food & wine pairing dinner will include 7 unique dishes and 6 different wines, the combination of which aspires to thrill the lovers of high gastronomy and wine aficionados.

Kinsterna Hotel will offer 20% of the total revenue of the event with Arnaud Bignon, to support the Hospital of Molaoi. This action is part of Kinsterna’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, including frequent donations intended for the technical restoration of the building and the purchase of sanitary equipment.
