Event date: 2 August 2022
The philosophy of the menu designed especially for the event by the talented Chef Koskinas in collaboration with the Chef of Kinsterna George Hapsas, focuses on the "modernization" of traditional Corfiot recipes such as the braised sofrito in the old stone wood oven of the tavern and recipes from Monemvasia such as handmade goggles.
Kinsterna invites you for an unforgettable experience in an authentic gastronomic event that will take place in the tavern 'linos', in the characteristic open-air space with the old stone liotrivi, the wine press (linos) and the stone wood oven that 'burns' with branches from the estate's olives.
